February 1- UBWO :lifter: 2 - :boxing: kick boxing (20 min) :running: 2mile walk and LBWO :strong: 3 - :boxing: kick boxing and :lifter: UBWO 4 - Rest day :beach: 5 - :snail: didnt do anthing today 6 - :snail: wont do anything today either 7 - serious house cleaning! 8 - :running: 2mile walk 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - :running: 2mile walk 17 - 18 - 19 -:running: 2.3 miles on treadmill (burned 303 calories) 20 - :running: 2.3 miles on treadmill (321 calories) had the incline up. 21 - nuffin 22 - :running: 2.15 miles on treadmill ....I think the calorie counter is wonky! :dizzy: 23 - :no: nothing 24 -:running: 1 mile on treadmill 25 - :running: 1.6 miles on tm. 26 -:no: 27 - 1 mile on tdm :running: 28 - 2 miles on tdm :running: |

2. walked 1 mile on treadmill, deep housecleaning 2 hrs., stack firewood 1 hr. 3. walked 1 mile on treadmill,light housekeeping and laundry 4. walked 1.5 miles on treadmill, shopped at mall and walmart with 3 hrs. on feet. 5. walked 2.5 miles on treadmill 6. walked 2.5 miles on treadmill 7. walked 2 miles on treadmill/ jogging during commercials. 8. 9. worked outside cutting firewood, loading wood on trailer and moved a brush pile for about an hour of outdoor physical exercise. 10. 11. walked 1 mile on treadmill 12. walked 1 mile on treadmill, babysat a 2 yr. old and 8 month old anyone's guess how much exercise that is. I know I wasn't sitting on the old keister. 13.a day of rest, company left yippee 14.cleaned house, did laundry. 15. 16.cleaned house, did tons of laundry, cooked and did dishes, grocery shopped 17. walked 2 miles on treadmill 18. walked 2 miles outside and 1 mile on treadmill 19. walked 2 mile lake/park trail in 40mph wind, walked 1/2 mile on treadmill and 15 min's on elliptical 20. walked 2 miles on treadmill 21. walked 1/2 mile outside and 1 1/2 miles on treadmill 22. cleaned house, did laundry, unloaded a rick of firewood, 23. was out of town for basketball game 24. walked 2 miles on treadmill, cleaned house and did laudry, cleaned fireplace 25. walked 1 1/2 miles on treadmill 26. walked 1 mile on treadmill 27. did 1 mile on elliptical (13 min's) and 1 1/2 miles on treadmill 28. |

goal- 840 minutes cardio doorway push ups 3 days per week. 1. 25 minutes bike 2. 25 minutes bike (30 doorway push ups) 3. 20 minutes bike 4. day off 5.20 minutes bike and 20 minutes treadmill (30 doorway push ups) 6. 18 min. bike and 22 tread 7. 16 min bike and 24 treadmill 8. 15 min. bike and 20 tread (20 doorway pushups) 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. 23. 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. |

18.7 miles for the month of feb. Not too shabby.
