I take a one-a-day vitamin that's geared towards people that are dieting. It's supposed to help to fill in those areas that dieting leaves off. It's also supposed to help boost your metabolism. I also take Green Tea supplements for energy and metabolic health. I have hypothyroidism and have found that it helps me.

I agree about the green tea supplements and just picked some up today....I just can't seem to drink enough of the stuff so maybe this will help.

Hi, I'm new here and just started Atkins yesterday. I need to get some vitamins also. I was thinking Centrum for low carb diets. I do take green tea white tea pills made by New Chapter. They really give me energy. I hope I stick with this, I have been reading good things about low carbing.
