How often do you weigh yourself?
 
I weigh myself every morning... I think I am addicted to the scale LOL

I just wonder what everyone else does... every day, once a week, or what?

i quit weighing everyday. Because weight flucuates so much, depending how much salt you ate before. An important tool to weight loss is the tape measure that is the true sign of really getting smaller, and the way your clothes fit.

I weight every day because I like to see how it looks in the graph in BalanceLog. I just have to remember not to be frustrated by the ups and downs. Plus even with the ups and downs, if I am below the guide line on the graph I know I am ok.

Well, I'm definitely not addicted, more afraid of disappointing results.

I've been at it 11 days and am still afraid to weigh myself . . . someone send me some courage

once a week.
........except during the first week of induction, I always weigh in on the 3rd day, just to see the progress. Keeps me motivated.

i weigh in every morning. I dont let my self get discouraged by the ups and downs, just as long as it keeps heading down.

I normally weigh once a week. Lately have been weighing more often after the holidays. I usually forget to weigh.
