Jan/07 What's cookin for Supper Thread.
What did you have for supper?
Ended up having chicken, and egg salad, I juiced later in the evening, carrots, fennel bulb and celery.

Im cooking fish and broccoli, but Im not hungry. I had egg salad and cheese at 3pm. So, maybe I'll save it for later tonight if I get hungry.

Hi everyone ..I had Chicken covered with spinach with chedder cheese
all melted together.. water water water .... have not seen this thread till today...Iam on the 18 week may chal... and also the Diabetes thread ....
wanted to ask someone here .. does anyone have any trouble with to many carbs if you are having a large salad???

I'd say it depends whats in the salad - if loose leaf lettuce etc - I'd say no.
