I hadn't been posting here because my foods weren't Atkins....but they were lower carb. So I guess it still applies to this forum.
My lunches for the last week have been as follows
egg salad on 2 wasa crackers
tuna salad on 2 wasa
ff ham & tomato slices on 2 wasa
One of my lunches also had 4 baby dills
I need to find something else for this coming week.
