My promise to myself is to get exercise a minimum of 3x a week for this month.

January/07
1 -
2 - 20 min walk
3 - skating 90 min.
4 - skating 60 min.
5 -
6 -
7 -
8 - 2 mile walk
9 - 2 mile walk
10 - we need a slug smiley to put in here....I didnt do anything today

13 -
14 - 2 mile walk
15 - 2mile walk
16 - 2 mile walk
17 - 2mile walk
18 -
19- 1 hr of very heavy lifting
20 -
21 - 2 mile walk
22 - 2 mile walk & upper body workout
23 - 2 mile walk
24 - 2 mile walk & lower body workout
25 - got too busy, and didnt do anything
26 - 2 mile walk & upper body workout
27 - Rest day
28 - 1.6 mile walk
29 - LBWO & 2 mile walk did an extra 1.6 miles of cardio
30 - Cardio dvd
31- 1.6 miles

I'm back to my Pedometer Walking Club goals (5days of 10,000 steps & 5,000 steps2days) with a vengeance. Gonna mix it up with Pilates and Circuit Weights 5X's a week.

January/07
1 - in the car most of the day - so nada/zippo/zilch
2 - 10,000+ steps AND upper body @ the gym!!!!
3 - DITTO PLUS a different set of upper body along with legs/back/gym
4 - legs gym/walking
5 - full body gym-w00t!-waaaay over 10,000 steps
6 - beer/couch potato football
7 - ditto
8 - 7,000 steps/weight lifting
9 - over 10,000 steps/weight lifting
10 - waaay over 10,000 steps/weight lifting
11 - ditto
12 - ditto
13 - nothing
14 - nothing
15 - no weights/walking

17 - ditto + Pilates

jokemo and needtolose, you can just edit your post and add in your exercise for the day instead of reposting your whole month. You might find that easier.
