I'm sorry I didn't reply yesterday!

I was 227 on April 24, 2006. That was the day I came home from my son's boot camp graduation, got on the scale and said "No more." From February to that day, I fluctuated between 230 & 223, but that is the "official" day I started this change in my life. So, 7 months (and 5 days *tee hee*) to lose 64 lbs.

(I found pictures yesterday of myself from 2001. I weighed 100 lbs more than I do now. It made me really, really sad to see how I looked but it also made me feel SO great when I saw my weight today!)

That is amazing OnePerDecade! Absolutely amazing! A 64 pound loss over 7 months. I hope you have taken the time to celebrate your success. Perhaps by some much needed clothes shopping. LOL

Thanks

I am feeling pretty good overall...Whenever I start feeling as if I'm not losing enough, I ask myself "Am I better than I was yesterday/last month/six months ago?" That puts me back on track.

Today's calories -- 1352 in, 3064 out

Today at 1956. I wanted to get a little high because my average was falling and I don't want to get locked into too few calories.

I'm so sleepy today I can hardly stand it. I fell asleep at my desk at work. I never do that!

Good job Webweevil! Just keep going~!! Great accomplishment Oneperdecade!!

Elijah I hope your not coming down with something. My son fell asleep in class two days ago and ended up with a fever. He is fine now. Some virus going around. Get plenty of rest and eat your soup and oranges.

calories in 1646. exercised more than usual because i was discusted at weigh in when I gained a pound. I'm in it for the long hall. Maybe it was muscle.

My husband and I seen the movie dejavu with Denzel Washington; pretty good thriller, some goriness though ( i close my eyes ).

So does anyone else pick food--especially stuff like restaurant or frozen dinners, because you know you already have that food in your fitday custom foods? Like last night I knew I had the subway club in there so I got that sandwich even though another one had slightly more appeal. Too tired to look up the info.

yesterday 2192 despite mini binge.

ennay, that is SO funny! I do that all the time with Fitday! The one good thing is that it has kept me from eating garbage food because I knew I would have to enter the ugly numbers into Fitday *tee hee*

day 100 = 1229 calories
day 101 = 1390 calories

I've really been slacking off on the exercising the last two weeks. I need to get my butt in gear.

I don't mind. For a tip, it's actually just my name, Julie, spelled backwards!

Today is 1565, and for the first time in a long time I'm going to top 100 oz of water! (It sounds so silly when I admit that, but dang, that water is a trial for me.)

Julie
