Looking backwards and forwards today at the same time. My weight management journey has come too far to give up on it now, so going to bed instead of having a excellent eating adventure and then getting all stressed and full and down about it. I don't believe in deprivation and would eat if I physically needed to eat, as in having a blood sugar issue or true hunger, but alack and alas, such is not the case. I just feel like nibbling wee things into the small hours of the morning. But I've ruled it out as a bad idea.

Just a little aside here from my daily weigh-in log, I'm up from Sunday to 2.6 today to 134.4 despite moderate cals, which proves to my satisfaction that the very high day in the middle of last week had an effect despite Sunday's large loss. So here's to the efficacy of the cal counting method and a good day ahead.
