NOTICE TO MYSELF AND ANYONE READING THIS:
Just "gained" 1.4 pounds as I bought a nice new scale, nothing expensive but better than my previous one and a different brand.
I compared my weight with clothes just now, putting both scales in the exact same spot and the new one weighs me 1.4 higher, so expecting a "gain" in the morning as I'm going by the new one from now on.
I was hoping the new one would weigh lower, but oh well.

YET ANOTHER FRESH START WEIGHT INITIATIVE:
Fresh Start Official Weight today on the nice new scale is 136, which includes 1.4 from the different scale calibration and a bit of weight from just eating too much.
Ticker has been changed and Sage2 (me) is marching bravely forward towards her goal of 125 by December 27.
As always, that's the goal but Sage2 really doesn't care about the time frame, but the last Sunday of the year is as good as any.
The methodology, as always, is to moderate those cals.
The new scale is my talisman in this endeavor.
