2 pounds down this week. TOM is about to kill me....the cramps and bloating are amazing. I feel like it should finally hit today or tomorrow, so a 2 pound loss isn't so bad.

I'm 1 pound down from where I was a month ago. One week and 5 pounds was totally my fault. Since then I've been wracked with TOM bloat and a head cold. Note to self: don't take a week off Stupid!

Hopefully I whoosh this week.

Thanks!! TOM is still stuck. You're gonna LOVE your 40's!! It's just one awesome period thing after another. For a LONG time, every time I thought I was done, I'd start again. This time I can't start. It's a yucky feeling.

Nonetheless, I'm down 3 pounds since Friday, so who knows? I go back to work tomorrow. Blech.

How are you doing? Everything okay?

I'm fine everything is ok just been busy kids going back to school working a lot! just a lot of stress it seems every time I try to post I get distracted I actually fell asleep last night trying to post just purely exhausted great job on the three pounds..you're doing great!!
