Huzzah, just needed a new log as I got tired of seeing all those high calorie entries in the old one lol. Yesterday's cals are on the thread for Part 1 of the log, which I closed.
Today's weight is AGAIN in the wrong direction from my goal. Gained 2.4 pounds to 129.2. Goal is 118, but my line in the sand is 127, so the first order of business is to travel back over that line in the opposite direction
I'm just eating too much. Reasons unimportant, gotta get that calorie level down lol.
Part 2 of the log will run from today to the Summer Solstice (June 21), that's 104 days and SAGE2 HERE IS ON THE MARCH TO SAID SUMMER SOLSTICE.
Sage2 is ON THE MARCH IN HER SELF CHALLENGE TO LOSE SOME SCALE WEIGHT BY THE SUMMER SOLSTICE! Woot!
Yesterday was a 2000+ calorie day, but we here in Sage2 Land have gotten it OUT OF OUR SYSTEM and shall return to our regularly scheduled -2000 eating:
Though, she had a little caloric divergence yet again, yesterday, Sage2 is STILL ON THE MARCH IN HER SELF CHALLENGE TO LOSE SOME SCALE WEIGHT BY THE SUMMER SOLSTICE AND SHE WILL DO IT (yes, Sage2 is shouting in happiness because SHE WILL DO IT!!!!)
Thursday, March 12, 2265 calories
Exercise: 10,000+ steps; one minute plank
Sage2, a WAY over aged college student has 11 days (includes today) to enjoy Spring Break (with homework and a paper to write, but still plenty of time to enjoy) and she has made a SOLEMN VOW that each and every one of those 11 days will be brought in at a righteous caloric level of less than 2000 calories, which is key to the successful negotiation of her weight loss/maintenance aspirations. THIS IS DAY 1 AND WE HERE IN SAGE2 LAND ARE ALREADY ASSUMING WE WILL BE KEEPING THE VOW. Yay for us.
Okay, the Vow Challenge to eat below 2000 for my whole spring break wasn't a workable concept. So canceling that challenge as it's just going to frustrate me, but will still be trying to eat below 2000 moving forward into the new week.
