Today around 1250. That's higher than I wanted because it is a less active day. I only walked to and from work and was supposed to go to yoga (right now!) but I suddenly got feeling very weak so I decided I should eat my hearty dinner....and now I'm very full and heavy ugh.
Well I didn't calorie count yesterday due to thanks giving but I just watched my portions. All in all I think yesterday was all right!i can't wait to get through all the weekend cuz thanksgiving continues through Saturday for us andi can go back to accurately calorie counting but I've got my eye on my mission lol.today should be a little easier calorie counting because the only meal I'm not making is breakfast and I'm pretty good at judging those calories myself. I'm still nervous what the scale is going to say on Tuesday because it will be 3 meals that I won't have exactly measured out. But I can do this!
I used to hang our here, but, well, life got in the way, etc, etc, but it's time to get busy again. Jump-starting with a PMSF plan. (I won't be staying with it very long.)
570cals total today. For SkinnyGirl, that includes coffee, ~20 shrimp, cottage cheese w/chives, celery, & onion, and broccoli. Only about 40oz water, but I purchased some limes today and hopefully that will help me drink more tomorrow.
Got my salads ready for the next few days, some spicy octopus, shrimp, more cottage cheese...Ready for Monday, ladeees!!!

1st 613 so far.... and then there was lasanga and I had carrots and hummus when I got home. 1500 ugh It would have been better if I stuck to my planned dinner, even though that was also an indulgent 500 cals!

800 cals for me today, and the craze to graze hit me when I got home from work (late), but I resisted. Grapes, dahling. Instant sugar rush to feed th brain.
Not sure where I'll end up tomorrow. Hopefully not over 1200.
...still counting.....1000cals today on the nose...I overdid things yesterday, so I slept in a bit and got to work late. I made a lovely beef stroganoff for the fam. Wanted to slam my face in the pan, but I resisted....just tasted a few onions.
The last few days haven't been great days in the calorie counting world, as in I didn't really count. I had so much going on I just watched portions, and only ate if I felt hungry. I must have done alright though considering I had to do thanksgiving dinner twice because even though its my TOM I still weighed in yesterday and was down .2 lbs. not much of a loss but with the holidays and that pesky week. I'll call it a win. lol. Back to calorie counting I go!
Today's calories are going to be high. I was quite hungry but I'm also feeling run down. I forgot to take my B and D vitamins this morning so I'm drinking an energy drink
Calories so far 542, 800 after lunch (which I have with me so can't deviate) and planned dinner puts it at 1226 High calorie foods today
Edit to finalize at about 2000. I ate a lot of seeds and nuts which are high in calorie but also a source of iron which I am so lacking. Need to figure out how to get this in my diet.

I'll be ending my day with 1216 calories. So stayed under my target of 1420. I may or may not have an apple sauce as a "dessert" which would put me at 1306. either way .. another day on point!
