Wink Anybody try Volumetrics?

My biggest problem with calorie counting has been being hungry. So I decided to try and adopt the volumetrics diet. Well I ate about 1440 calories yesterday and honestly i didn't have room for anything else. I finally found something that works

I will say though yesterday I blew it, I had over 2000 calories. Today I plan to up my fat a little, I hope that keeps a lid on the appetite

I have never heard of volumetrics but I can imagine what it entails. I will look more into it though! Don't worry about "blowing it" one day, today is a new day! Best wishes!

I have read the book by Barbara Rolls and I try to incorporate as many of the concepts as I can, they're all good.

I have been doing my version of Volumetrics for a few days now. I haven't gotten the book just have got my information on line. It makes alot of sense and I am surprised I haven't thought of it on my own. I got most of my info from youtube. Yesterday I ate about 1497 calories, which isn't bad. If I eat it or drink it I write it down. If I don't it's too easy to go overboard
