Good subject !! I found this while looking for delicious super low calorie high fiber but still nutritious things to cook.

For myself, I drink mostly coffee for a drink, hot in the morning and iced later in the day. I just recently started making it half and half with regular coffee and caffiene free which seems to be working way better and hardly noticeable in taste.

For snacks it is fruit of almost all kinds except banana which is too high calorie. Sometimes I just eat them straight, sometimes cut them up and make a couple days worth of fruit salad and eat it with chili on it. Sometimes I buy a one lb basket of strawberries and eat the whole thing like a pig... but only 150 calories and they fill, provide fiber, VERY tasty if ya are lucky enough to buy the right kind of fresh. Due to fruit flies I do not keep strawberries around but buy them regular. Two others that I love but have practically stopped buying is nuts and avocados, both of which are extremely healthy but extremely fattening if over done. And it does not take much to overdo them, and I just don't like restricting myself like that

I am lucky in not being a sweets freak so I do not buy any sort of sweet things. I do love chocolate but seldom buy any.

Good luck and thanks for the suggestions. I will look into some of those noodles you are speaking of.

I just discovered a pumpkin pie flavored yogurt with pie crust crumbles from YoCrunch for only 120 calories, which has to be my favorite so far (other than fruits). I got a 4 pack at Walmart for 3 bucks. I rarely eat dairy, but I really loved this yogurt.

Recently I like to treat myself with 3/4 cup of dry honey bunches of oats with almonds. It's only 130 calories.

Light and Fit Yogurt. You can get it to taste like pie or quite a number of treats. Sprinkle a TBSP of Granola

Recently I started being more careful just how many calories I have each day and I’m kinda scared. Everything I like or crave is a huge calorie bomb, such a downer! Before I started calorie counting I based my portion on commonsense; small portions, healthy food, as little sugar and fats as possible.

This whole calorie counting habit has made me a lot more aware of what I eat and just how much unhealthy foods I have while watching TV. Right now I focus mostly on snacking cucumbers, carrots, watermelon or oranges, things that fill me up fast and are super healthy. Unsalted, air popped popcorn is always a great idea!

Happy holidays to everyone!
