I'm a calorie counter myself. At the moment I'm just trying to stay between 1200 and 1400 calories. Started back with calorie counting yesterday. So far so good. I've been at around 1100-1200 calories. Yesterday I went on a 5 mile walk with my dog and neighbor.
Breakfast I had an omlet (substitute egg) with mushrooms, garlic, feta cheese, and mushrooms.
Lunch: Flatout with .75 oz of priscutto, spinach, and balsamic vingar w/ olive oil, and cottage cheese
Dinner: 6oz of salmon and broccoli.
I have so many weddings in the next 2 years. lol I want to lose as much weight as possible. up to 50 lbs. My Sister and her fiance are getting married April 17th 2015. My brother and his fiance are getting married september 26th 2015. My fiance's sister is getting married in 2015 some time, and now (i'm engaged as of Monday!) my fiance and I are planning January/February 2016! Holy weddings! I'm hoping to have all the weight off by my sister's wedding
and then be toned up by my brother's ... So that I look fantastic for mine lol
