Thank you so much @ CalCounter1003 & Hoopty, I am feeling better today, and yesterday I was better as well. I debated whether or not I should post that, but I think it is important, weight loss is a war, and you will probably lose some battles, it doesn't mean you will lose the war. There are ups and downs, and I think if it can help either me later on, or someone else now to know what a binge feels like after you've changed your lifestyle, then it was worth posting.

There is a Youtube video girl who has lost a lot of weight, she is so wonderful and inspirational to those of us who are fans. That said, recently I was disappointed to see in a video that she doesn't acknowledge bad days, which I think makes her look "perfect" and makes those of us who fall from grace feel like weak failures which isn't the case. She has fallen, as have we, we're human, you only fail when you quit.

Calories for today: 1,487.
Calories burned on elliptical: approx. 470. I jumped off to grab some water and didn't take a look at the exact calories. Just mileage.

Good day I suppose, still hungry though. =P

Hi folks! I spent some time reading everyone's daily calorie intake (which was kind of a strange thing to do!) and I'd like to join in...

I can't do any vigorous calorie burning exercise because I am on heart medication that keeps my pulse at a certain level, precluding such activities, so I must keep my intake low if I wish to lose weight.

I came in at 1,021 calories today.

Okies- clocked in at 1,526 the other day. Burned 647 cals on the elliptical, so it evened out well. Amazing how much energy I have since changing my eating and exercise habits. =D

Welcome cherryboberry! Your avatar is adorable.

Hi everyone, I finally hit 273, just 1 lb. to go to my goal for my Memphis road trip! Super excited as I still have 2 weeks (15 days to be exact) to leave town.
For breakfast I had Trader Joe's A Handful of Almonds pack, 2x Organic Peach, and 2x slices of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread w/2 tbsp of Organic Valley cream cheese.

For lunch I had Tabatchnick Black Bean Soup x2 pouches w/ketchup (2 servings) & American Cheese (plus calorie free hotsauce) and not sure what is for dinner yet. My calorie goal is 1720, and unfortunately I am not "active" yet, I attempted 30 day Shred on Youtube a couple of weeks ago and it wore me out just doing the warm up. Eventually I will build up enough stamina to move beyond the warm up .

For dinner I had Quorn Jalapeņo and Three Cheese Stuffed Chik'n Cutlet served w/Trader Joes All Natural Barbeque Sauce 2 tbls & Trader Joe's Organic Raw Honey along with Trader Joe's Organic Super Sweet Corn Frozen 1 cup it was so delicious! For dessert I had Vitamuffin Vitatops Deep Chocolate muffin top w/True Whip Whipped Topping.

My calories were 1,755 (I went over by 35, not too bad), everything was great.

Looks like everyone is moving towards there goals!Congrats!

I had 1400 calories today and ran this am. I am down two more pounds which is a miracle because I went on a mini vacation to the Black Hills and I did not stay in calories for sure but I did still fit in exercise.

Keep it up everyone!!

I'm back to 3 fat chicks after a good bit of time away. Looks like everyone is doing great!!! I thought I'd join in here on posting calories every day to help keep myself on track. Yesterday I totaled 1251. My boundary is 1350, so I'm a happy camper. Here's to staying in our boundaries today!

Well, I'm back again.....

I'm trying to keep my daily calories around 1200 and eat back just a few workout earn backs if needed. Yesterday was right at 1254 with a 412 calorie burn doing kettlebell circuits.

I was doing a version of IF where I only eat from 5-10 in the evenings, but I think today I'm going to enjoy lunch with the hubby and have a nice salad for dinner tonight. With my kettlebell workout and a nice 30 min bike ride, I should be okay.

Hope everyone has a great day!

My Memphis trip was canceled , and my boyfriend and I split up last night *ack* lol. I'm OK though, still hoping to go somewhere this summer if only out of town (San Antonio maybe?). Anyhow my eating has been OK, I've been losing and eating a lot of fruit. My goal for the trip that won't happen was 272, I'm almost there and I want to hit 257 by my October birthday!

This post won't have too much to do with weight loss, just wanted to give an update since I've been MIA.

My family is in the midst of moving 1,200 miles and it's, naturally, been stressful. My hair is falling out like crazy! Our current house just went under contract last night and we are moving in less than 2 weeks...and I haven't packed a single box.

My weight keeps fluctuating between 153-157. I'm calorie counting the best I can right now. Still working out every day; it's the only thing that keeps me sane.

I went on a total binge yesterday and quit counting. But renewing my commitment today! I WILL stay within my calorie boundary today!

This weekend was a cheat weekend. Threw a Half Christmas party (which went really well at least!) and indulged in some booze and junk food. The lack of gym time was also worthy of a headshake.

However, I'm already doing well today and plan to stay within the boundaries. Buying some new tennis shoes too so the gym should be awesomely epic. ^_^
