I'm 5' 3"
In 2007, I weighed 138 lbs and wore a size 4.
145-150 lbs = size 6
155-160 lbs = size 8
At my biggest I was 185 lbs and squeezing into 12s. Refused to buy 14.
So what's different for me now vs. then, was back then my form of exercise was running. Now, I'm doing a mix of cardio and weights, and I currently weigh 170 lbs and I wear a size 8.
I know the lifting makes me heavier and I'm really trying not to focus on the number on the scale, but I know I still have tons of fat to lose! I don't think I'll ever be 140ish pounds again because I like my muscle, but I hope to be a size 6 soon!
