Default What are your favorite low-calorie snacks/meals?

I'm trying to get started on a calorie counting diet, and I think it would work really well if I could have a lot of 200 calorie (ish) "snack packs" that I can just grab every few hours, and maybe have a few to choose from. So what are you guys' favorite low calorie foods, ideally with some protein in them for fullness purposes?

Kind Snack Bars! They're all natural and have tons of different flavors, many chalked up with nuts for protein. Maple Pumpkin Seeds is probably my favorite flavor with Almond & Coconut a close second.

Most are in the 200 calories range as well. Totally recommend!

Okay they have officially made my favorite cereal into a bar! Cinnamon toast crunch! 100 calories! And delicious! I couldn't believe it! I also like halo oranges! Very low calorie and delicious and healthy!

I love a cup of soup as a 100-175 calorie meal or snack. I currently have individual cups of frozen carrot/peanut, curry lentil, white bean, broccoli cheese, and spicy tomato blue cheese soups.

Other around 200 calorie meals that I like are zucchini noodles and meatballs with sauce, stir fry vegetables with fish, fish taco, veggie/chicken nuggets, tortilla pizza, veggie rich chili, or stew.

Snacks I love are beef jerky, a hard boiled egg, veggies with ranch or hummus.

Tuna snacks! I love tuna snacks. It's a little can of tuna + stuff (spicy thi, lemon pepper, or classic) a tiny tuna shovel, napkin and 5 crackers . They are 2 bucks a box and 160-210 cals depending on the flavor. I keep a stash in my desk for when hungry happens! Also, I am a big fan of Luna Bars. Holy cow they are tasty. Less than 200 cals, a tad high in sugar but I like to have em between work and the gym.

One other thing I used to do all the time was make pre-made trail mix bags. I'd go to bulk barn and buy a variety of nuts and seeds and dried fruit, and portion them out into 200 cal baggies and kept them in the freezer. Handy snack and to toss into lunch bags.

Scallops.
Prawns/shrimp.
Lobster.
Sardines.
Kippers.
Oats.
2 eggs (poached, boiled, scrambled).

PS If you want a real low calorie snack, make the cut-off 100 calories. That would leave crab or prawns/shrimp on my list. Or one egg instead of two. I try to save the 200 calorie stuff as additions to meals - not snacks.

This isn't really grab and go but

1-2 Tablespoons almond butter ---soooo good

a few egg whites (i have a whole egg for breakfast otherwise i'd use whole eggs and it keeps the cal count down) scrambled w/a bit of cheese and add in salsa

Single serving yogurt, I love Activia vanilla, and an apple
About 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (calories depends on the nuts)
Half a plain bagel with a very thin layer of butter or cream cheese

Also if I have leftovers from dinner, I pre-package them to go in snack sized tupperware.

I like the armstrong cheese sticks. 80 calories a stick and they are quite satisfying.

I buy a big tub of plain fat-free yogurt, and then I make my own yogurts with fresh fruit. I got some 1 cup sized tupperwares, and I fill it halfway with sliced strawberries or whole blueberries and blackberries (fresh is best but frozen is ok too) and then fill it to the top with the plain yogurt.

When I go to eat it at work I just stir it all up. I use regular (not Greek) yogurt and it usually runs about 95 calories for 1/2 c of fruit and 1/2 c yogurt.

A piece of sting cheese with a sliced up apple and a few almonds.
Caramel rice cake with 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cinnamon cream cheese.
5 pretzel rods with 1 tbsp peanut butter.
1/2 cup greek yogurt with extra fruit mixed in. Frozen berries that have been mostly thawed out is really good in yogurt.
Applesauce sprinkled with cinnamon and a few whole wheat crackers
Salsa and chopped vegetables (I like celery and baby carrots)

Cucumber Slices (Less than 10 calories)

Breakfast
Belvita Bars (250 per pack of 4)
Ensure Butter Pecan Shakes (250)
Oatmeal w/ a Tbsp. of Peanut Butter mixed in (App. 200)

You may also want to look into seeds, like sunflower and unsalted pumpkin seeds.
