I haven't read through the entire thread but you can input your recipes on MFP also. Just click on recipes and add your ingredients

..well NO I was NOT....1330 yesterday...frustrating, aggravating, stressful evening....Did I mention I live in a house with teenagers? I had an effit event before bed. Two servings (!) of pistachios (I portion them out into 160cal servings) and....ice cream (oooh, the poor dear!). My first "cheat" all year! But I have been feeling the effects of low calories for the first time lately. While out shopping, I was glad that Spouse (he's been demoted, too) was driving because I felt weak, with an urgent need to eat something. Dear Scale confirmed it with a 2lb loss today! wahoo! Time to change the ticker again.

I'm starting to believe in that whoosh fairy.

On track, despite having McDonald's for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch (I knooooow, but we were out all day), and homemade stromboli for dinner. Who says diets need to be restrictive? I still have a hundred calories left, so I'm gonna go eat a banana.

Aw BigChiefHoHo....things are not always easy with little ones....then again, there's a completely different set of difficulties with big ones! (your screen name still Cracks Me Up!)

Well, NewKate, you must've laughed and danced away all those calories. I would be up WAY more than 1lb after a big cheat weekend!! Way to live, girl!!

1003cals yesterday (not sure where the 3 came from!) 979cals for the week. And down 0.5lb today! Not sure where all this whooshing is coming from, but I ain't complainin' !!

I was a little low on calories yesterday 886

I skipped breakfast as I had a parade to participate in. I am a Shriner and it is parade season here in Florida.

Lunch was a small julienne salad with no dressing

For dinner I took an entire can of Progresso Light - Chicken & Cheese Enchilada Soup, I added two cans of no salt added green beans. Then I added an entire can of no salt added mushrooms and a large jalapeno cut up with seeds for more heat. This gave me a huge Volumetrics meal to eat 6 1/2 cups of food and only 360 calories I was very content and very full.

I've been trying to increase my calories, and have been staying away from the champagne I love so much. I'm doing a little better, but I had a bit of gluten yesterday in the form of an egg roll! Yesterday was:

March 3, 2014
B: Hot tea w/lemon and agave (30), 1 cup roasted red pepper soup (92) = 122
S: None = 0
L: 1 cup chicken enchilada soup (149) = 149
S: Baby carrots/cherry tomato (50) w/ light ranch (80) = 130
D: 1 egg roll (300), 9 rice crackers (65), sardines in water (130), 1T olive oil (120), jalapeno, caper (25) = 540
S: None = 0
TOTAL: 1041

Much better, but that egg roll was a fluke! Today's plan so far is going to be 826 - we're having tacos tonight. I've been contemplating adding fruit into my diet, but I'm terrified of getting too hungry from the sugar and overeating!

1220 cal. for yesterday. Can't believe I didn't gain anything over the weekend. I ate out a lot and really unhealthy food. I did walk a lot so maybe that was it.

I really don't have any real goals for March (as far as weight loss). I was talking to my daughter over the weekend and telling her that I'm kind of getting burned out on dieting. She suggested maybe taking a break for a bit. I am thinking about just maintaining for awhile although the last couple of days I have still been counting my calories. I think counting calories is a habit I may not be able to break

seemyfeet you're right - I must have burnt some off laughing!!

I'm sat around 1200 today. Lost track with dinner (stuffed pancakes of course!).

Starting to get worried I'm not gonna meet my goal by the end of July..

how much does everyone else lose per week on average?

Have a great evening all. Kx

Good day yesterday. Around 1700 calories, and got out for a run/walk, too.

SeeMyFeet - Thanks! My brother used to call me Big Chief all the time, so I've been using it as a screenname since I was like twelve years old.

NewKate - Congrats! I've been losing around 1.5-2.5 a week, but honestly I'm still kind of in a state of flux after having a baby, so I'm not really sure how long that will continue.

well, 1210 cals for me yesterday. After my all time siggy low, I'm up 3.5 lb this morning, so now I'm in a bleah mood. Oh, the power of that scale!

What nice little brother, BigChief! And such a cute story!

Larry, you and your "being content" with 800cals cracks me up! Keep truckin'!

First the Ukraine, now Scotland....NewKate, you and the BF must have some rousing dinnertime conversations these days! As for rate of weight loss...a little less than 1.5 per week . In the month of Jan, it was 0.23lb/da. In Feb, 0.17, and in Mar, so far 0.42lb/day--although I expect that will level off, unfortunately! Overall, since Jan1: 0.2lb/day. It's so hard to be patient, but the time will pass anyway, so I can just hope to have something to show for it.

1898/1900 yesterday. Can't be much more 'on target' than that!
