Great work! Get all that fish in! Today, I had fresh rainbow trout, 1 can of sardines, 1 can of kippers, 10 anchovies and some cod livers....with a salad.

If you keep eating fish, especially oily fish such as sardines, I would be very interested to hear of any benefits you experience beyond weight loss. For example, about a month in my eyes, skin and hair were looking and feeling much nicer.

All of this fish talk...:-/ I have tried.....really. I just can't do it aside from a salmon steak once a month or so.

I've been living on oats and nuts in the morning and a ton of chicken breast throughout the week along with some lean steak and turkey plus hard boiled eggs every day. The key for high energy and weight loss for me has been cutting my bread/ carbs. Bread is a once every few day item, not an every day event. I've cut cereal and granola bars entirely from my diet.

If we are talking fish, I feel it is imperative to remind people about anchovies. They are tasty, flavourful, and work as both a main dish as well as 'seasoning' to make veggies + etc. more interesting.
