Great work! Get all that fish in! Today, I had fresh rainbow trout, 1 can of sardines, 1 can of kippers, 10 anchovies and some cod livers....with a salad.
If you keep eating fish, especially oily fish such as sardines, I would be very interested to hear of any benefits you experience beyond weight loss. For example, about a month in my eyes, skin and hair were looking and feeling much nicer.
