I use Runkeeper for workouts also! You can sync the two apps; I have them synced, so when I log my stuff in Runkeeper it automatically goes to MFP. I like it because I can use to with the GPS to find out exactly how long (and how calorie burning) my walks are, and when I log an elliptical workout it makes you put in your time AND distance to figure out your calorie burn, so I think it might be a little more accurate than MFP's exercise tracker.
