Default Hello again...

So I was here on the board a couple of months ago, as desperate as I am now to get this weight off. I didn't give it a fair try so I'm back. This has to be it. My body hurts. I tend to do well with weight loss when I have the support of friends and we're cheering each other on. I'm grateful for this website. Thanks for listening!

P.S. I'm using CR and MFP to help me lose weight.

Welcome back! Getting started is tough! What I did this time (diet #125, lol) is that for a couple days I just ate as I had been and kept track of calories. Then I started cutting back, and in about three days I was at 1300. The MFP really motivates me to exercise, first time in 20+ years!

One day at a time. You will better really soon! You can probably lose 5 quickly and that will get you started!

I'm not sure what CR is?
