Default Trying to figure this out!

Hi everyone! I'm coming off Medifast, and starting with calorie counting. My problem has been that adding carbs back into my diet has been causing me to creep back up to 141 after I was down to 136, but I figure going from under 100 carbs a day, that's to be expected. So giving my body time to adjust, and hopefully soon Ill start creeping back down. I've joined Anytime fitness recently and I LOVE it, I've been doing a fitness class almost daily, and it's great. That's part of the reason I wanted off medifast, I wanted to start working out more, and Medifast limits your activity level because it's very low cal. Medifast was great for helping me lose what I have, and I loved it, but ultimately I just think this is a healthier, more long term option.

So far i'm mostly struggling with figuring out what to eat...because medifast I only had to worry about one meal of my own, everything else was prepackaged. I have not added wheat back into my diet yet, with the exception of small amounts of sprouted grain bread, but I have added fruit (no fruit on medifast...too many sugars and carbs). I have been enjoying being allowed to eat more options, in smaller portions...but portions have always been my downfall so i'm still avoiding those trigger foods. I'm sticking to between 1200 and 1500 calories, more on the days I have a fitness class, less on the days I don't, but I've still gained 5 pounds since stopping MF, and I did use the phase off process so again...I think I just need a little more time to adjust...I can't think of what else to do.

I'm hoping for some support on myfitnesspal and fitbit, so if anyone has those i'd love to friend you!!
