Sure, I'm up for whatever. I'm already involved in a Halloween challenge and it seems like it's a motivating holiday!
I've avoided actually counting my calories the past couple days (I'll add it up at the end of the day or will pack a bunch of stuff and list what it is on a piece of paper so that if I want to go back and figure out calories on what I ate I can).....and I've eaten less than i usually do (I haven't been thinking about food as much. Like today, I ate 780 calories from 7am-5pm instead of my usual 1,000-1,100) and losing the same, if not a little more weight. I love the freedom (although I know it can get me into BIG trouble) so thought I'd do this off and on as long as I know it's not causing me to eat more or the weightloss to stall.
