Challenge Anyone???

  • Being that this is my first week back I have been doing pretty good. I do remember that there used to be a challenge going on in this group that was really active. I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing a challenge that would be a frequently or daily check in. I seem to do really well with challenges when people check in every day to give and get support.

    Let me know if you're interested and we could do one that so we can stay motivated to keep up with those calories everyday.

  • So what do we do?
  • We set a time frame for the challenge to end. It can go for a set time like 4 weeks or until a holiday. Then everyone that joins can set some goals to reach in that time frame. You can check in daily or as often as possible to help one another stay motivated. You goals can be exercise related, set your calorie limit for each day, weight, inches or a size you want to loose. Also a place to be accountable. So post here if you want it to be a time frame or holiday related.
  • I'll try it! I don't care if time or holiday. My loss is so slow I'm going to have to go for an exercise goal which for me is huge. With all the yo yo dieting I've done this is only time I've incorporated exercise into my plan.

    for the challenge are we supposed to check in and report back anything on that other thread? It's all just posts with what our goals are so wasn't sure how it works!
