I live in Ghana (West Africa) and the only yogurt I can get home-made fresh yogurt. It is not thick and spoonable like "normal" yogurt. It is very watery and in fact most people here drink it sort of as a snack. I would like to use it sometimes because I really like it, but there is no way for me to know how many calories are in it. Some of them taste a little sweet, some are not quite as thin, depending on where/when you buy them. Any advice for me?
