On Plan Thread - June 17th - 23rd
I used to do South Beach, and I like the Forum's on plan thread, so thought I'd start one here since I don't see one. (If there is one, sorry for the duplicate)
Wednesday June 19th ...
Breakfast = 213
1 banana, 1 piece whole wheat bread, 2 coffee (1 cream 1 splenda per)
Snack = 162
1 apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch = 290
Quinoa salad (has cucumber bell pepper tomato & olive oil)
Chicken Breast
Snack = 70
Cucumber, Bell Pepper, Baby Tomato w/ tbsp low fat ranch
Dinner Plan -
Basa Fillet
Boiled Asparagus
Salad
Ended up having for Dinner = 595
Large Greek Salad
1 slice garlic toast
Total = 1300 (ove by 50 cals)
