I love setting goals through this journey. My goal is to lose 5 pounds by then (3 weeks) who is with me?

today went well until I binged on an entire box of belvita Breakfast crackers. Now I feel like the whole day was wasted, no exercise today either but today is a rest day.

I'm so sick of the scale! Blah...I don't usually weigh daily (Monday is my official day) but I was feeling like I had a whoosh and yet....as of yesterday ( I know...I still have 2 more days) it said the same. Why??!!!!
