Default Binge faves?

What do you usually binge on? How many total calories do you think you consume in an average binge? Lately I've been bingeing on chocolate covered cherries! I can eat the whole box in one sitting! Yikes!

Pizza. And yes, I don't buy it for the very reason that I can gobble down a whole extra large without batting an eyelash. I'd say +2000 cals in one evening (plus beer).

Any kind of bread, cracker, etc. love those carbs! Don't know how many calories, but probably near 1000. Funny, but so far, haven't felt the need or desire to binge since starting this journey.

A binge for me starts with carbs or sweets and continues with any food that happens to be around - 4000+ calories would be common. I've had fewer and fewer binges since I started tracking my food religiously and discovering what works and doesn't work for me, thank heavens!

Chocolate...and sometimes I don't think I truly like chocolate! I've recently given it up. I give myself permission to have dessert from time to time as long as it does not have chocolate. The last food plan I was following had "treat" times and usually it was chocolate...grrr....I had to make my own substitutions but I felt better (more in control) for it.

I also struggle with pizza and I thought I'd be ok with licorice but no. I like licorice, but I didn't realize that it would call to me like it did when I bought the "family size" pack. Never again.

My kids like to go to the Dollar store, so we each get one small treat then. Thankfully, we don't go more than once a week!

Oh gosh, the calories--I don't wanna think about!!!

I binge on potato chips, if I start on them. I can usually leave them alone these days, even when they're in the house. But if I get started on them, I'll just keep eating them till the bag is empty.

pizza I am always craving cheese and I can eat 3-4 slices easy LOL if not pizza then chocolate. (anything chocolate)
