Chocolate...and sometimes I don't think I truly like chocolate! I've recently given it up. I give myself permission to have dessert from time to time as long as it does not have chocolate. The last food plan I was following had "treat" times and usually it was chocolate...grrr....I had to make my own substitutions but I felt better (more in control) for it.
I also struggle with pizza and I thought I'd be ok with licorice but no. I like licorice, but I didn't realize that it would call to me like it did when I bought the "family size" pack. Never again.
My kids like to go to the Dollar store, so we each get one small treat then. Thankfully, we don't go more than once a week!
Oh gosh, the calories--I don't wanna think about!!!
