    exercise: was going to ride my bike, then it started POURING. like, typhoon status.
    notes: had argument with boyfriend, finding it hard to eat... if not for the bbq wings all i would have had today was 200 calories.
  • Hi there! I just wanted to say that you are doing really great. I love reading people's daily menus, and I used to do Paleo (and am thinking about getting back on it) so it's nice to get some new ideas. How did the paleo brownies turn out?

    im actually not doing the best, i'm SUPPOSED to be eating about 1500. im having appetite issues.... but i talked to my pharmacist today and its possibly from something im on so im getting it changed.


    the brownies are good with one exception- id din't cook them long enough and i added chocolate chips, so they're softer than they should be. also i forgot to grease the pan before cooking so they're all stuck @_@ but tastewise is awesome
  • Well at least you are still tracking everything! That's much better than I had been doing. I'm glad the brownies turned out ok. At least you will know what not to do for next time!

    i don't track daily. i only track on days im not feeling too triggered by my eating disorder.

  • Wow those are really low calorie days. If your appetite is low, maybe you should eat a few things that are a little higher calorie to balance it out. Just a suggestion.

    i'm trying, but most high-cal stuff is JUNK. i have been forcing myself to eat but it's hard. i'm speaking to my doctor about it soon though, i think this lack of appetite is from my meds.
  • Nuts, nut butters, avocados, potatoes, cheese and butter, etc - high cal and not really junk. You already have gotten great advice in the other "Eek, 300ish" thread. Use it!
