Default January goals - the world didn't end, so now what?

What will you do with your 2013? How about just January to start?

My goal is to lose something in January.
Anything over 5lbs would be fantastic

I also wouldn't mind fitting into the size 10 jeans I bought on clearance this weekend either, but that would be super stupendous goal making there.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds in January. I am incorporating the 30 day shred into my daily routine so I hope that helps me reach my goal.

My January goal is to get back into the 190's I gained back everything I lost at the beginning of last year plus some extra to where I am now at my highest weight EVER. So if I could lose 7 pounds in January it would be great, more would be awesome as I know alot of it is water retention.

I am also going to aim to walk at least 5 days a week to start.

I'm doing the 30 Day Shred (L1D7 today!) and counting calories (1250 a day).

I want to continue doing the Shred daily and find a DVD for flexibility.

I ordered the 30 Day Shred DVD yesterday, so it should be here next week. My goal is to do the 30DS video at least 3 days a week (giving myself some breathing room here to start ) and some other form of cardio 2 days a week.

Weight wise, I would like to get to 159, a loss of 5 pounds. Of course, anything would be great, but it's been awhile since I've seen a 15-something.

My goal is just to lose anything. I'm taking the approach that any amount down is a good thing. I would love to lose at least 10 lbs, very doable since I'm so...robust lol.

I was doing SO well through the holidays, even LOST weight -- but then Christmas Eve hit and it's been a downward spiral. I am back in the saddle again though, doing great today and without any 'food' holidays coming up, I should be able to meet my Jan. goal

My food goal for January is modest: give up crackers as a snack food. Instead, I plan to eat only small amounts of fruit, veggies, nuts or yogurt as snacks. I'd like to see if it's sustainable.

My goal is to just take up strength training along with tae kwondo and karate. I need to really up the weights. All cardio and no weights is not a good idea.

my realistic goal is to be able to run 3 miles in a workout on the treadmill...i run in intervals and only count the distance ran (not walked) towards my distance run...right now i can do 2 miles plus the walking...my goal is to get to 3

my pie in the sky goal is to lose the last 40 pounds this year...but seeing as how i lost about 30 pounds the first year and only 15 pounds the second year, i've gotta figure that one out lol

I feel like such a Debbie Downer because all I can think about is how sick and tired I am of thinking about all of this. Three steps forward, two steps back. I am 99% positive it has to do with sleep deprivation with my nursing two year old but I am depressed about no progress, not wanting to exercise and just hanging on to calorie counting by the skin of my teeth.

If I can just get through one day, one week I can get my mojo back.
