I have been doing WW for the last two years, the biggest reason I chose WW was because they had a program for nursing mothers. I am now nursing my 6 month old so it has worked for me but I am finding I have to much freedom and the free fruits and most veggies are a problem too. I find that I am relying on those freebies to much. Even though I stay within my points range the weight just doesn't want to come off. I need it to be just a little more strict. I have decided since CC is the closest thing to WW I want to give it a shot. It's somewhat more familiar to me than any other diet/lifestyle change and that helps me to make the big switch.
My question is, is there a site where I can find out how many cals I should be consuming to lose weight as a nursing mother. I know it will be higher than it would have been if I weren't nursing and I have no idea how to calculate that. Any tips/help is so appreciated.
