Hi all! I know I'm a bit late to join in this goals thread. I've taken quite a hiatus for the last 2 months! Things have been insane in my family from my grandfather nearly dying to my uncle having brain surgery and then they found brain cancer (in the same week as my grandpa mind you). Things have just been crazy and finally seem to be calming down for the moment.
For the good news: My grandfather is doing better and my uncle is getting treatment for 6 weeks. He has about 2 years of a "normal life" left if the treatment works. He's in positive spirits, which is important.
Anyhow.. during this time I managed to keep my weight between 146 and 149, which is pretty insane considering I haven't counted calories for 2 months nor exercised on a regular schedule either.
This week I've decided it's time to continue and finish my journey!
So my goals for the rest of the month:
-Exercise 3-5/week
-Count my calories each day.
My exercise this week has been walking/running 2 miles which I've done twice so far.
Today is my first official day back to calorie counting regularly.
