I'm not planning on a loss this coming weekend because
a) TOM...makes me HUNGRY and BLOATED
b) Easter Weekend...which means CHOCOLATE.
plan just to keep me accountable and on track: eat low cal (1200ish) this Tues/Weds/Thurs/Fri, weigh in Saturday morning.
I'm halfway to goal though!! So happy
