I have lost weight many times in my!! 70 lbs in high school 40 here 40 there and I will say the thing that gets me through those moments to where I want to cheat so bad is having a few pickle chips! Now they have alot of sodium but on a carb watch or calorie there awesome!!

I've never heard of them. Do you make them your self or buy them? How many calories do they have, generally?
