yep. i drank a tonne of water and upped the exercise and after a few days its going down. im still above where i should be, but diets arent perfect right, hopefully itll keep on this downward trend, thanks for the support everyone
Yay for you! You have lost over 70 pounds so you are definitely on the right path. I had a feeling you were going to see some progress soon. Weight loss is weird like that, you can lose 5 pounds one week and then none the next doing the same thing and sometimes it's the tiniest tweaks that help us see the biggest changes...
