Yay! It’s my favourite day of the week: NSV Friday! I’m so excited about my NSV this week. I can now wear size 8 jeans! I was so excited at the mall that I tried on a couple of different styles to make sure I was really a size 8 in all of them and they fit! I haven’t been in the single digits since I was a little kid. Top-wise, I’m now a size 10, which I’m also super happy with since I was a 12 before Christmas. Yay, I love going down in sizes!

I went down an inch on my hips and some pants I have were looser but you all really have some huge NSVs the week!

toobig hey- not losing a whole lb a month is totally okay!! 1. you're 185 lbs. and 5'8. I can tell you that you're gorgeous and skinny as is (As i was there not so long ago). The thing is- would you rather lose a lb a month - consequently have your clothes fit well for a longer time, not have to replace them so often? and have a sustainable weight loss? i mean, if you're already pretty much at maintenance- there shouldn't be a huge change:P

OR would you rather lose 10 lbs a month, spend more money on clothes, have tonnes of rude comments about "You being so skinny", and then up to maintenance and gain back weight?

Slow and steady wins the race!!

Well today was weigh-in for me. No loss to speak of but I knew I might not have one b/c I was only in weight-loss range on my cals 4 days of the week. I ran out of my normal breakfast foods and it seemed to really mess me up on sticking to my plan. I've gotta make sure to get stocked up with high protein breakfast foods.

I think for the rest of the challenge I am going to step it up and cut my cals to absolutely no more than 1600 with a goal range of 1500. Hopefully, I'll get to work out but I am under the weather again. I don't know if it's allergies, a sinus infection, or another cold I caught but it sucks. Anywho, I am gonna rock out the next 1.5 weeks of our challenge with good calorie counts and trying to get some exercise when I feel up to it. I think that should give me the budge I need to get into Onederland. If not, this challenge has been good to me. I've lost 8-9 pounds, making this the most effective challenge I've done.

When I joined this challenge, I wanted to get into the 120s. Then I decided I just wanted to maintain -- life was getting a little stressful.

This morning I saw 130 on the scale! I haven't seen that since 1991. Maybe I will meet my original goal after all!

so, i randomly hit 172.8 this morning ? what?? anyways, then i went skiing, then i ate half of a deep dish chocolate cake.

.. im baking a super low cal quiche right now. i might have a slice of that then eat the rest of this cake.

i will NOT be weighing until wednesday.... hahaha

Hey Everyone ~just wanted to say hi to my buddies I aint seen in awhile & hi to all the new people too.~ I changed my pics avatar & Profile...I finally leveled out after quitting counting calories to lose weight to the 130's Usually 138 Seems to be my number as of the last few months (WEIGHING CLOTHED~lol)~I love it even though I had to gain back a little bit during my maintaining process~I feel so much healthier & I just wanted to say also happy New year to everyone ~I HAVE MISSED EVERYONE & I AM HAPPY TO SAY I ACTUALLY DID IT! Good Morning. I thought I would have some happy news about my labels but no such happening. I was planning to go to the mall but we stopped to look at a car Saturday and ended up purchasing it. Well that took ALL DAY!!! Afterwards all I could do was go home feed me and my daughter a bowl of cereal and go to bed. It was the multigrain cheerios. Sunday we went to church, home to clean the house and my nap. I woke up in time for the Super Bowl game and still haven't tried on any new labels. Maybe this weekend. It is good that I got another vehicle because we really needed it and it was exactly what we wanted.

I will be behaving all week so I can be sure that I will be in some more labels by next Saturday and whatever I can fit that day will be my Valentines Day results.

My goal is to hit the gym 4 days a week and hit onederland! I have workout buddies so no excuses but I could use all the encouragement I can get.
