Default Homemade chicken stock?

How would one count calories for homemade chicken stock?

I roasted a chicken last week, then boiled the carcass down with some onions, an apple, and garlic into a gorgeous stock. I want to use that stock to make chicken soup later this week but I don't know how to count the stock, or if it's significant. I'm not too stingy with my cals, as long as it's mostly accurate I'm happy. (I figure I calc my daily calories by using my BMR and I certainly burn more than that just by walking around my house at the very least so it evens out.)

I would just google the calories. I'd look up a few different sources and average them. Broth isn't typically that high in calories.

A lot of it will come down to how much fat is in the stock. If you skimmed it for fat, then it will probably be minimal calories.

I count my stock between 20-40 calories a cup.

If you've chilled it and skimmed the fat off the top, I'd imagine it's 30 calories for a cup or so (that may be overestimating!).
