Was curious though. How many of you eat your exercise calories? I haven't been, but read someone on myfitnesspal by what looked like a developer or mod of the app and they said that if your BMI is 25 or lower (mine's about there) then you should really focus on working out and should eat your extra exercise calories for fuel to burn the last, most stubborn fat.. But I also feel like that's counter-productive.. Thoughts?
