well, over by 300 calories again. If I don't log my snack in as tomorrow's food it will be over by 450. Still, better than I had been doing which was over by 1500. Tomorrow is another day, but I anticipate more stress because of situations I have to deal with. I hope I can get over this hump and not binge and not go over my calories.

Approx 1600-1700 cals yesterday. More than I'd like - aiming for 1500 or less - but still not too bad. Could not get full. Ate my b-fast too late which may have just thrown my day off.

Curse Frosted Flakes! Curse them, curse them, curse them! They called last night and I answered. Gaaaa. If I stick to 1500 cals or less for the remainder of the week I should average just below 1500 cals/day for the week.

Will post tonight (if I can get on, been having major computer issues the past 24 hours) my daily intake for today.

Someone please whap me upside the head and tell me to stop listening to the voices!

I'm going to try posting my cals as I eat (editing this post) rather than wait until tonight to post my days cals. Maybe if I have to be accountable with each meal/snack as I eat it I'll think twice before eating something I shouldn't. Well, at least I came clean about my mess up . . that's progress for me.

b: 1 egg, 2 white omelet w/mexican cheese and picante, banana w/smear of peanut butter, coffee - 400
16 oz. water - 0
l: leftover turkey shepard's pie (yum!) - 400
16 oz water - 0
d: spaghetti w/homemade meat sauce, salad - 600
16 oz water - 0

Total: 1400

(My body is in shock from eating so much fruit (2 apples and blackberries is prob more fruit than I've eaten in years--sadly!). Goal is to start eating a lot more raw and a lot more healthy.
