Dinner - Thai chicken curry over brown rice, green bean almondine - 330 cals.
Snack - small Navel Orange, 7 unsalted almonds, few raisins - 100 cals.
Snack - 2 Pumpkin Raisin Muffins - 278 cals.

Total Calories: 2,031 cals.

EXERCISE:

NO EXERCISE - DAY OFF

Good morning, Joyful! I am going to start an "Emme's Weight Loss" thread (like yours) to help me stay focused on my last 14 pounds. I want to be at my goal by the end of July, and this just might help me stay focused because I kinda took it easy in April. I hope you don't mind that I start a thread similar to yours so I can update my stuff daily. I didn't want you to be offended and think I was copying you (which I totally am ), but I think it just might work for me.

Dinner - Jamacian Curry chicken thighs over curry black beans, spinach - 560 cals.
Snack - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple - 80 cals.
Snack - small Navel Orange - 45 cals.
Snack - 10 unsalted almonds, 1/8 cup raisins -80 cals.

Total Calories: 1,710 cals.

EXERCISE:

NO RUNNING AGAIN TODAY! Mowed lawn for 2 hours though.

**UPDATE** - Finally took my MRI of my left knee this morning. Have f/u appt with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow morning to find out results...please no meniscus tear!!! I'll be running my butt off later on tonight in anticipation of the results!

Thanks Emme...I hope it's not either. Knee is feeling alot better with the couple of days rests I've given it...

Snack - 2 Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 278 cals.
Snack - small Navel Orange - 45 cals.

Total Calories: 1,613 cals.

EXERCISE:

NO RUNNING - mowed rest of lawn for 2.5-3 hours Yeah...I got really really big lawns!

Official Weigh-In = 154.2 I'm not excellingly happy, but considering I only ran twice this week and I've been eating 1700-1800 cals., I'm ok with a half pound loss. This week though...I'm going for a 2 pound loss...so...although my calories will stay roughly the same, I WILL run 4 times this week and drop these last lbzzzzzzzz!

Breakfast - 3 Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin pancakes, veggie pattie - 370 cals.
Snack - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 139 cals.
Lunch - Sesame Chicken over rice sticks, stir fry veggies - 375 cals.
Snack - Activia Light Yogart - 70 cals.
Snack - 94% fat free Popcorn - 100 cals.
Dinner - Peanut Chicken over rice sticks w/salsa, spinach - 350 cals.
Snack - NONE

Total Calories: 1,404 cals.

EXERCISE:

NO RUNNING - Gotta run! Felt really ill today...went to sleep about 4pm. Couldn't eat until about 9:30pm when I woke, force fed myself and slept until next day.

Thanks for the thread Joyful. I've scanned through most of it and your journey has been interesting and giving me hope with my weight loss and possible jogging - though I'm not sure if I should start jogging with a normal pushchair. I need to book mark some of your reciples too!

What did the Doc say? You mentioned running for today, so I'm assuming your meniscus isn't torn? I really hope it's ok!

Thank you so much for your concern ladies!!!

Back from doctor. NO MENISCUS TEAR...YEAHHHHHHH!!!! I have a mild ACL and sprain. So the doc gave me the ok to run, I may need to wear a knee brace and he recommended building my hammies and quads with some strength training.

I can EXHALE now. Thanks again for all your well wishes!
