Running - 5.2 Miles...YEAHHHH!!!! I got my "MO-JO" back!
Yesterday my body was acting like it needed more calories. Every main meal I ate yesterday seemed to finish "processing" before I was even done eating. I never had the feeling that I just ate. Hmmm...weird.
Gonna get my run in EARLY today...seems running late doesn't agree with me. Went grocery shopping yesterday. The "Walmart" experience may have also drained my brain and energy.
Hopefully, I won't feel so pfffttt today and do well. It's not the scale I'm worried about, at this point, it's my performance. I hate feeling WEAK!
**EDIT** ok...just finished doing 3 sets up varied full body weight pull-ups. I can now do 1 complete palms facing away from you pull up (the hardest kind)...woot! I can do 5 palms facing you pull-ups and 5 thumbs facing you pull-ups. All together did 2 sets of 5, 1 set of 4, and 1 set of 1.
Now...to finish my morning coffee and on to my 5 mile run...already feeling stronger!
***EDIT*** Cooking today! Making authentic Jamaican curried chicken thighs, Shepherd's Pie, and some kind of INDIAN chicken...not sure what yet. Sooooo....new items for next week menus...coming soon!
