I am always amazed at what a difference 10 pounds can make! You said you lost about 30 lbs in the second picture and 41 in the last three, and it is a remarkable difference! You look awesome.

True...you may be right too! LOL I eat breakfast every morning at 6:30a.m. Sometimes on the weekends, when I wake up late, I'll eat breakfast at 7:30a.m. I find that starting early is better for digestion. I also eat lunch @ noon, and dinner at 5pm. I'll snack on fruit, yogart, or 1/2 oz nuts between 6-9pm..then off to bed.

Thanks Emme!!

Ok...so DediKayted, you were sorta right...LOL!:

Weigh-In - 166.8 YEAHHHHH!!!!!

Breakfast - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin, 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage links - 219 cals.
Snack - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 139 cals.
Snack - 1/2 oz unsalted cashews - 80 cals.
Snack - Spinach salad w/3 oz grilled chicken, 3 cherry tomato, cranberry, walnuts, feta, 1 tbsp light ranch, 2 tbsp 5 calorie rasberry vinegrette - 300 cals.
Lunch - Pot Roast, green beans - 350 cals.
Snack - 3/4 cucumber (peeled) - 30 cals.
Dinner - Thai sauted coconut chicken over green beans, sweet potato - 415 cals.
Snack - 5.5 oz fresh pineapple - 75 cals.

Total Calories: 1,608 cals.

EXERCISE:

NO EXERCISE - DAY OFF!

I'm actually seriously blown away by today's scale reading! Happy though...so far, no stall and all weight loss has been linear. I believe it is because of 2 reasons: 1) low sodium diet; and 2) regular weekly/bi-weekly cheat meal. Can't know for sure until I'm down to the last 10 lbs to lose. Will keep reporting my observations though.

Thank you...thank you...thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! DediKayted & Belezura!!!!

Yeah...I'm excited, it's nice to see that my "cheat meal" is still working. I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that a cheat meal becomes ever more important as you get closer to a low bodyfat percentage. I think it was Tom Venuto (a well respected trainer and bodybuilder).

Bellllllllllllllllllll!!! Glad you stopped by....I LOVE house guests..haha!

Are you running outside or on the treadmill? Your runs are amazing! Spring time is right around the corner... I didn't know the time changes next month! Woo-hoo! More outside activities!

Well...I started out running outdoors (on a dirt trail at my local park)...however I'm ALLERGIC to the cold (LOL!), so it's been the treadmill from about 2.5 miles and upward. I know alot people say they get bored on the treadmill...but I actually LOVE IT! It's the only time of day I get to be totally in my own head. I pop on my ipod earphones and go! My mind is at it's clearest during my treadmill run, so I particularly love to listen to the Bible. I actually have it downloaded in it's entirety on my ipod and when I listen to it...I feel like I'm taken back in time...different, I know....but works for me!

Whoa...no way...time change already? WOW...I totally didn't know either..haha!

That's a great idea.. I have a lot of episodes of tv shows/movies downloaded to my ipod.. Maybe I will download the bible too. That's a great way to get the WORD in!

I dont know about running to it, but I can definitely listen while I'm working!

Breakfast - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin, 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage links - 219 cals.
Snack - Atkins Choco-peanut butter Protein Bar - 240 cals.
Lunch - Sesame Chicken over rice sticks, green bean almondine - 400 cals.
Snack - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 139 cals.
Dinner - Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin over brown rice & spinach, baked sweet potato - 420 cals.
Snack - fresh pineapple, fresh cherries - 100 cals.

Total Calories: 1,518 cals.

EXERCISE:

Running - 5.2 Miles...YEAHHHH!!!! I got my "MO-JO" back!

Yesterday my body was acting like it needed more calories. Every main meal I ate yesterday seemed to finish "processing" before I was even done eating. I never had the feeling that I just ate. Hmmm...weird. Gonna get my run in EARLY today...seems running late doesn't agree with me. Went grocery shopping yesterday. The "Walmart" experience may have also drained my brain and energy. Hopefully, I won't feel so pfffttt today and do well. It's not the scale I'm worried about, at this point, it's my performance. I hate feeling WEAK!

**EDIT** ok...just finished doing 3 sets up varied full body weight pull-ups. I can now do 1 complete palms facing away from you pull up (the hardest kind)...woot! I can do 5 palms facing you pull-ups and 5 thumbs facing you pull-ups. All together did 2 sets of 5, 1 set of 4, and 1 set of 1. Now...to finish my morning coffee and on to my 5 mile run...already feeling stronger!

***EDIT*** Cooking today! Making authentic Jamaican curried chicken thighs, Shepherd's Pie, and some kind of INDIAN chicken...not sure what yet. Sooooo....new items for next week menus...coming soon!

I know my official weigh-in day is Monday...but I've been feeling like my metabolism is on turbo-blast, so I peeked...165.0!!!! Woot! Down 1.8lbs with 4 more days to go before weigh-in....FANTASTIC!

Breakfast - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin, 2 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage links - 219 cals.
Snack - Activia Light Yogart - 70 cals.
Snack - Atkins Protein Bar - 240 cals.
Lunch - Homemade Chili over brown rice, steamed spinach - 400 cals.
Snack - 1/2 oz unsalted cashews - 80 cals.
Dinner - Thai sauted coconut chicken over stir-fry veggies, sweet potato - 415 cals.
Snack - small Navel Orange - 45 cals.
Snack - Pumpkin Raisin Muffin - 139 cals.

Total Calories: 1,608 cals.

EXERCISE:

Running - 3.2 miles (GOOD RUN...added interval 1% incline for 20 min. of run...not too hard...but not too easy)

Will get in an easy breezy 3 mile run today. Up late last night cooking. Made another batch of pumpkin muffins (was ALL OUT!). Finished my Jamaican curry w/ plantains and leftover carribean black eyed peas (Mmmmm...best meal EVERRRR!!!), also made shepherd's pie (w/lean ground turkey). I have soooooo many meals frozen now...I back to having no empty plates to use. Oh well...gonna find something, cuz I'm making some Indian style curry chicken today. Hopefully I can find a truly AUTHENTIC Indian recipe...I hate americanized versions of international cuisine..haha!
