I absolutely LOVE the Hungry Girl cookbooks, website, and email blasts. Heck I'd even go as far as to call Lisa Lillien my diet savior

, primarily because these books have inspired me to not just "diet" but to make a full lifestyle change. I've lost the weight before, but the way I did it was completely unrealistic - essentially starving myself and exercising sporadically. So obviously, I gained all of my weight back due to the fact there was no way to "maintain" that sort of unhealthy and unrealistic lifestyle. Anyway - the Hungry Girl books are the entire reason I'm now back on track and making the change, since they let me have my cake and eat it too. Additionally, I own all three of the main books (Hungry Girl, HG 200 Under 200, and HG 1-2-3) and I can say that the recipes are generally very quick and easy to make, and you can usually find all of the ingredients in a supermarket.
I think I might qualify as an obsessed fan...
