Lori - I have a hard time with nuts too even though I love them and they are healthy. Recently I found 100 calorie packs of raw almonds that are great. I'm able to enjoy almonds again and not overdo it by having a huge open container.

I will throw out something totally crazy, how about no snacking. I gave up snacking sometime ago and it has really helped in calorie control and meal enjoyment. It is also a rather new phenomena in our evolution. Some cultures don't even have a word for it such as France. It has freed up time as well as money.

Best wishes on whatever you choose to do.

Depending on my mood:
* Full Bites Bold Cheddar - 150 calories ... but they really fill you up!
* Frigo light string cheese - YUM!
* Dark Chocolate Mousse Temptations by Jello (I don't know how this can be sugar free!)
