Default I've been doing so good, till today...

today was my get uo at 3 am day and by the time I got home I was so tired so I gave in.I went way over my calories and it's not even supper time yet!Has that happened to you, what did you do?do you just start back over the next day or try not to do to much damage before you go to bed?I'm very frustrated with myself.
I ate a decent breakfast & lunch,with a cheese stick for a snack.

Start fresh now! No need to beat yourself up over it. Learn from your mistake and try not to do it again. It is a long journey, but well worth it in the end. Stay strong! Stay focused! You can do it!

Don't wait til tomorrow. It will give you room to continue to overindulge. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go do a workout. Today is not over and you can do what you would normally do at dinner.

Relax, take a deep breath, and move on. Make your next food choices good food choices, take a walk, and stop freaking out. You are human and will occasionally stumble the trick is to not let it get to you.

Start with now not tomorrow. This is a plan for life. Use these mistakes as opprotunities to learn from. The stumbles will be there when you are in maintanence and I for one do not want to lose this weight AGAIN.

Can you throw something in the slow cooker next time so dinner is ready for you by the time you get home?

And I agree with everyone else....don't blow the day.....just get up, dust yourself off, and get back on track!
