Default Going to start Zig Zagging and I'm scared.....

I've done a few zig zag calculators and the average is keeping my low days at 1616 calories and my one high day at 1940 and other at 1778.

Does that sound about right?

Not knowing your exercise schedule, it does sound pretty good. Here's mine for reference.

M - 1650
T - 1400
W - 1800
Th - 1650
F - 1500
S - 2000
Su - 1650

Good luck! I lost 4 lbs my first week zig zagging!

babygrant - keep me updated, I'm thinking on zigzagging...so far I just stick between 1400-1600 cals... so let me know how it works for you, our weight/height is pretty close to the same

I'm six feet tall and for extreme fat loss it ranges from 2064 to 2352. That sounds a bit high. I am just starting to count calories, though. I guess I'll be surprised at the number of calories I've been eating. Do you think I should go a little lower. I was thinking of a low of 1650 and a high of 1950 or so.
