I am glad I found this site. I started this journey in Jan. 09 and was doing great (down to 214) until this past fall. We had a stressful move overseas and I coped with food big time. I maintained for a while because we didnít have a vehicle and I was walking a lot everyday. But then we got settled in and I stopped walking as much, but kept the poor eating habits and naturally my weight headed back up. I decided in Jan. to get back on track, but was off and on plan. I started again in Feb. (at 242lb) and I found this site. You all inspire and motivate me. Now it has been almost a month on plan and I know I can do this! Thanks everybody!
