I ate too many carbs at dinner and felt really hungry even though I knew I really shouldn't be. I still had up to 400 cals to eat but I also was trying to have a lower calorie day today. But, I was also kinda low on my cal. burn today according to my GWF. So, I made a deal with myself. If I got off my but and did my Wii Fit, I could then eat the popcorn I really wanted, since I had some calories left.
Well, I did my Wii Fit AND some Dance, Dance Revolution, which I hadn't done forever! Burned an extra 341 calories and now I don't even want the popcorn!
Had to share cuz I felt so good! ( And, my fiance really doesn't get it)
