NC's Daily Accountability 2.19.10
Hey Boys and Girls,
I wanted to start a daily accountability post. I hope to post every morning my meal plan and exercise goals for the day. Please feel free to chime in with your own plan for the day or comment on weaknesses in mine. FYI I zig zag my cals so there will be a different calorie budget everyday and I'm constantly fine tuning it as my weight drops and exercise intensity increases. Today's Weight 177.6 Today's Daily Cal Budgent 1500 Breakfast 388 Oameal w/ milk, splenday brown sugar and 1/2 a banana Coffee Lunch 348 White Chili (3FC recipe) Salad w/ low fat dressing Snack 167 Apple w/ 2 Tbsp Almond Butter Dinner 314 Patty Melt (no bread) w/ Veggies Snack 140 Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich Total 1458 Exercise Run 2.5 miles/Walk 2 miles Yoga 30 mins Wish me luck!
