Ha! I just realized i have been WAAAY overestimating my breakfast calories. I eat a bowl of cereal every morning, usually Cheerios or Raisin Bran or something along those lines. I have just been "eyeballing" the serving size. Today i actually measured out my cereal with a measuring cup... and realized i have been eating only HALF of what i thought i was!!
Guess that means my calories have been actually around 150 lower than i thought for the past couple weeks!
